ASPE co-sponsors new estimator forums website..

November 12-Alexandria, VA. - The society announces a partnership with JBKnowledge.com, developers of the online bidding service SMARTBIDNET (www.smartbidnet.com) to produce a commercial estimators discussion forum website. All 16 divisions and many special interest group areas are open for question and answer give and take. There is no charge to use this website.
