The mission of the ASPE Speakers Bureau Committee is to develop the procedures for soliciting, evaluating, screening, and endorsing candidates for listing in a database of qualified speakers, accessible through ASPE National's website. Speaker candidates must be recommended by one or more ASPE members, or an ASPE Chapter, who can vouch for the caliber and quality of the presentations made by the recommended speaker. Speakers will be classified by their qualifications to speak on various aspects of the ASPE organization, or their qualifications to speak on topics of interest to members and other construction industry groups, as well as groups interested in learning more about the construction industry or our profession of Construction Cost Estimating.
Recommended speaker candidates do not have to be ASPE members themselves, but may have been an outstanding speaker at a Chapter or National meeting or seminar. The idea is to make the names of good speakers available to all ASPE Chapters, and anyone else visiting our website in search of speakers qualified to speak on topics related to or of interest to Professional Construction Cost Estimating.
