This online course is designed to help young estimators learn the basic skills required to takeoff material quantities and produce successful construction estimates.

Construction Materials and Processes I

Take a dive into a course dedicated to introducing students to the subject of buiding systems and material sciences, which provides a foundation for strong estimating skills.

You may withdraw from a course by sending an email to Natasha@ASPEnational.org. Nonattendance or notifying the facilitator does not constitute officially dropping or withdrawing from a course. Students who stop attending courses without officially dropping will receive a grade of U (unauthorized withdrawal) in the class. Refunds are not automatic. NO refunds are due unless the course is officially dropped within the stated guidelines in the refund schedule.

Refund Policy

  • Withdrawal postmarked via email by the third day of the course – total fee refunded less a $75 handling fee.
  • Refund requests postmarked via email after the third day of the course will receive credit to complete the course within 365 days of withdrawal. No refund will be provided after the third day of the course.

Students are expected to abide by the ASPE Code of Conduct. Breach of Code of Conduct will result in expulsion from the course without refund.
