CPE Past-Due Renewal Application

Certification Renewal

This Application is reflective of the CPE Renewal Program - Effective July 1, 2018

  • Annual Renewal is required.
  • Certification Cycles are Annual and calendar year  (January 1- December 31).
  • ASPE Member - CPE Renewal fees are $50 annually.
  • Non-Member - CPE Renewal fees are $350 annually.
  • Annual PDU requirements remain 30 per year until December 2018.
  • Effective January 1, 2019, new PDU requirements are 24 per Calendar Year.
  • Your on-line PDU Journal must be complete before Renewal will be granted. (Update PDU Journal Here)

 Note:  The Stamp & Seal Application is separate (from the Renewal Application) and is available
under the Certification tab.  (Application Page/CPE Stamp & Seal Program)
Following processing and verification, an invoice will be issued.

Late Renewal Policy:

  • Proof of earned PDUs must be submitted by the Cycle End Date. 
  • A late fee of $50 will be invoiced monthly until PDU requirements are met.
  • An invoice will be generated and sent to Applicant upon ASPE's receipt of proof of earned PDUs.
  • If an invoice is not paid within 10 business days of issue, your CPE designation will be revoked.
  • Note:  This DOES include assessed Late Fees for PDU requirements not met.
Applicant's Statement:   I hereby apply for Certification Renewal offered by ASPE. To the best of my knowledge, the information contained in this Application is true, complete and is made in good faith.  I understand that the ASPE Certification Committee reserves the right to verify any or all information on this Application.  I understand that  if any incorrect or misleading information is found, this may be grounds for revocation of my certification or other disciplinary action.
